We also collect Slack account details for API access and non-identifying data like browser info, IP address, and cookies during visits. Interoperation with Third Parties

The Service relies on Slack. Any disruption to Slack access (e.g., terms changes or outages) may limit functionality, with no refunds or credits provided.

Company Liability

If using the Service on behalf of a company, that company is liable for all actions and omissions by its users.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must: Be at least 18 years old; have capacity to agree; not be barred by law; and comply with these terms.

4. Rules of Use

Users must: (i) keep passwords secure; (ii) own all activity and data in their account; (iii) prevent unauthorized access and report it immediately; (iv) follow our user guide and all laws.

You must not: (i) copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service; (ii) use it for illegal purposes; (iii) interfere with other users or security; (iv) overload servers; (v) use automated tools without permission; (vi) violate third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all content are owned by X11 Smart Contracts Ltd or its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. No transfer of ownership occurs.

6. Data Use and Privacy

We use Personal Data to: improve the Service; process transactions; send site emails or responses; share updates/news; and protect the site. Data may transfer to third parties like Google Cloud; your use implies consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without notice or liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Liability is limited to direct damages, not exceeding fees paid (if any). No consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
